About Wasl
Wasl is a Dubai government-owned developer and asset manager, formed to hold and develop a large portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality property across the city. Three of its projects are listed here: Cedarwood Estates and Ashwood Estates at Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Boulevard Park at Wasl Gate, with handovers running from 2028 to 2029. Jumeirah Golf Estates is an established gated golf community, while Wasl Gate is a mixed-use district on Sheikh Zayed Road near Jebel Ali.
